FAQ

  • What is your pricing ethos?

The ethos behind the pricing is one in which access to dharma should not be contingent upon one's socio-economic status. As such, rather than limiting member access based on cost, members all receive the same value regardless of economic contribution. We see this as a means of interdependent support. As a member you are not only receiving support but are also supporting our small and growing retreat center. Contributing to the sustainability and health of Yangti is integral so that we are able to continue building, deepening and modeling an important center for genuine dharma. Members are encouraged to choose their level of membership based on economic comfort - we believe and trust that through the varying levels of membership and in the spirit of gratitude and generosity based on means, the community will be able to meet its needs and address its growth in a meaningful way.

  • How do the 1:1s with Lama Justin work?

With the demand for 1:1's growing alongside the growth of our community, as well as the increasing demands of our retreat center, we recognize the need for a consistent container for sangha members to receive regular support with Lama Justin. As such, all mandala members receive access to 1:1's with Lama Justin on a first-come first-served basis every month. This is the only container where 1:1's are available with Lama Justin. Members will also receive access to weekly small-group containers as an additional means to receive support. In moments when a meeting is urgent or time-sensitive, all members have the option to book crisis sessions.

  • What are your cancellation policies?

The Mandala Membership is offered on a month-to-month basis. While we do not offer refunds for the membership, one is able to cancel their membership at any point, and their access will expire at the end of that billing month.

  • How long is the membership?

Upon signing up, one receives immediate access to the offerings of the membership. Billing happens on the same day of sign-up automatically every month, with the ability to change your billing method at any point. The membership is ongoing and reoccurs on a monthly basis, with the ability to cancel at any point.
